What exactly do your bookkeeping services include?

We focus on the essentials: accurate bank and credit card reconciliations, proper transaction categorization, and clear monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and key insights). This gives you a reliable snapshot of your business finances without the complexity of payroll, bill paying, or invoicing.

Do you handle payroll, accounts payable, or accounts receivable?

No—we intentionally keep things simple and focused. We do not process payroll, pay bills, or manage customer invoicing. These items are what you create in your day to day business. The decisions of pricing, appointments, shipping, etc must come from you and then entered into the software for processing. This allows us to deliver precise, hassle-free core bookkeeping that most small to medium businesses need most. I can demo how you can use a mobile app or your computer to create estimates, invoices, statements, and texts that capture payments from your customers.

How much does your service cost?

We offer straightforward monthly packages based on your transaction volume and needs, starting affordably for small businesses. Contact us for a free consultation—we'll review your situation and provide a custom quote with no surprises. Our prices ranges between $ 200 to $ 600 a month, depending on your amount of transactions, bank accounts, credit card accounts, etc. We see a large majority of our customers spend around $ 399/mth.

What software do you use?

We specialize in QuickBooks Online for its reliability, cloud access, and ease of use. If you're already on QuickBooks, great! If not, we can help set it up or migrate your data smoothly.

We also have some customers using Xero and the new Digits software. We are system partners with those software platforms also.

How do you access my financial information securely?

We use secure, encrypted cloud connections (like bank feeds in QuickBooks) and never require your full login credentials. Your data stays protected with industry-standard security, and we follow strict confidentiality practices. Our access is "Read Only" permission.

Do I need to send you receipts and documents every month?

For most clients, no—bank and credit card feeds handle the majority of transactions automatically. We'll only ask for clarification on unusual items or missing details to ensure everything is categorized correctly.

How often will I receive financial reports?

You'll get clean, easy-to-understand monthly reports (typically by the 15th of the following month) showing your profit/loss, balance sheet, and key trends—so you always know where your business stands.

Do your services include tax preperation?

We prepare accurate books and financials that make tax filing straightforward for your CPA or tax professional. We do not file taxes ourselves, but your organized reports will save time and money during tax season.

What happens if my books are behind or messy right now?

We offer catch-up/clean-up services to get everything current and organized. Many clients start with this to build a strong foundation before moving to ongoing monthly bookkeeping. (Please note that during Tax Time IE: Jan 1 to Apr 15, we will have heavier time constraints)

Can you serve businesses anywhere in Texas?

Yes! As a fully online service, we work with clients across the entire state—from Brownsville to Armarillo, El Paso to Houston, San Antonio to Dallas - Fort Worth and everywhere in between. Location isn't a barrier.
